We look forward to having you at our Evening Picnic Series!

The event will run from 6:00pm-8:00pm.

Tickets are $125/per person (not per table).

 

WHAT’S INCLUDED

A luxury picnic set-up styled with pillows, candles and more

A charcuterie box created by local restaurant Mylar & Loreta’s featuring bite-size cheeses, meats and veggies to share

 Live musical entertainment

A $10 voucher to the farm boutique for each guest 

*Additional alcoholic drinks available for purchase 

INCLEMENT WEATHER:

If rain is in the forecast on the date of your scheduled tickets, we will make the call at 12PM SAME DAY if we have to cancel the picnic. Ticketholders will be emailed and asked their preference on switching to our alternative date or receiving a refund. We apologize in advance for the inconvenience any weather-related cancellations cause, however, we want everyone to be safe and have an enjoyable experience. 


CANCELLATION POLICY

You may cancel your tickets for a refund up to 14 days before your picnic date. Under 14 days and you can transfer them to a friend but no refunds will be given. Our cancellation policy is based on food orders, staffing, and the high demand for these events that we cannot rebook on short notice. We appreciate your understanding and are thrilled to host you!


VEGETARIAN OPTIONS: 

We are happy to accommodate those who request a vegetarian and/or gluten free option for their charcuterie box. We cannot accept ANY other modifications or changes. Requests must be made in advance when you book your tickets or by email at a minimum of 14 days prior to the event.


EXTRA SEATS: 

Tables are set for the number of people in your party. If you are a group larger than 10, please email us and we can coordinate a group discount for you! info@purplehilllavender.com 


TABLE PLACEMENT: 

All tables in the fields will be set up in advance and once you check-in on arrival, tables will be first-come, first-serve (unless the table has been assigned for a special event like engagement which our team will alert you to avoid sitting at).


ACCESSIBILITY: 

Please note that tables are low to the ground and you are sitting on pillows, which may not be comfortable for some. We also move the location of the picnics around the farm based on the best blooms, which can create a larger distance to and from the washroom. If you are accompanying someone who requires accommodation in terms of a taller table or assistance to and from the picnic area, please let us know if advance so we can help and arrange a staff member to assist. 


BEES: 

Please note that we have hives on our property! They mainly mind their own beeswax, but as the picnic tables will be in the fields we ask you to be aware/cautious and come prepared with any medication if you are allergic.
